Department Overview

The Department of Physics was established in 2015 as a foundational science department for all engineering students at MRIT. The department combines theoretical knowledge with practical application through a well-equipped laboratory, with faculty actively providing laboratory manuals and study materials.

Applied Physics is taught across all engineering streams, providing the mathematical and conceptual grounding essential for advanced engineering study.
